Ingredients
- 375 g bread flour
- 300 ml water (room temp)
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp fine salt

Large bowl,Dutch oven with lid,Parchment paper
Prepwork
Preheat the Dutch oven at 230°C for 30 minutes.
Steps
- Mix flour, yeast, and salt. Add water; stir until shaggy. Cover and rest 8–12 hours at room temp.
- Shape into a ball; rest 30 min while the oven heats to 230°C with the Dutch oven inside.
- Lift dough onto parchment, slash, and lower into hot pot. Bake 30 min covered, then 15 min uncovered.
- Cool 45–60 min before slicing.
